How do I develop a strong thesis statement?

The CapU Writing Centre can help you develop a strong thesis statement. Please use your CapU student email account to submit your question to writingcentreonline@capilanou.ca.
In your email, please include:
- your specific writing-related questions
- the specific assignment with which you’d like help (you can attach a Word or Pages file, or send a Google Docs link)
- your instructor’s guidelines for the assignment (if you’re sending us a specific assignment to look at).
On weekdays, you will hear back from a Writing Centre instructor within 24 hours.
